ANZAC Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C rolled oats

  • 1/2 C almond meal

  • 1/2 C shredded coconut

  • 1/2 C brown sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 C nuttelex, melted

Methods

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.

  3. Roll into balls and evenly spread across a baking try. Flatten with fingers and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

  4. Allow to cool so the biscuits can harden.
