ANZAC Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C rolled oats
1/2 C almond meal
1/2 C shredded coconut
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 C nuttelex, melted
Methods
Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a baking tray.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Roll into balls and evenly spread across a baking try. Flatten with fingers and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool so the biscuits can harden.
